Looking for the family that adopted my daughters birth sister. We do not have much info other then Birth moms name is Darla, she was adopted through CPS, her birth name Was Alicia Jean R. She was born in April we think 2013. She may have been born in Alaska but could have been born in Harrison AR. We believe she would have been placed for adoption sometime between about 6months and 18months old
