My name is Jonathon David Long‚ My daughter’s name before the adoption was‚ Jaylynn Destiny Long‚ and her mother’s name was‚ Ambra Nicole Hensley. I never got to meet my daughter I was in prison in North Carolina when she was born‚ and when I got out I was on parole for 9 months before I was able to come back to Arkansas where she was adopted at‚ by the time I got back the mother of my daughter had already got into another relationship‚ and they both said I could see my daughter‚ but Everytime I would go to Conway where they lived‚ they would say I couldn’t see my daughter because one or the other wasn’t there at the time‚ so they wasn’t going to let me see my daughter till the mother and new boyfriend were both there‚ one day the mother messaged me and told me they lost my daughter months ago to DHS in Arkansas‚ and I was never contacted that my daughter was taken into DHS custody‚ and I was paying child support from birth and the DHS office claimed they didn’t know who the father was because the mother told them she wasn’t telling them who the father was‚ but I don’t know how they didn’t know who the father was‚ because the child support payments would have had to go to the foster parents once they took my daughter‚ I tried to get my daughter but the DHS office wouldn’t let me be part of the case‚ or notify me of court dates‚ so I was in the dark completely‚ I love my daughter even though I never meet her and I think about her every day.
