I believe that my mother may be Billie Ruth Rogers. Her maiden name was Garrison. I am not sure about my father and possible matches could be a Roscoe Earnhart or Rhuel Rogers. I don’t know if a hospital was involved or a midwife. Regardless, the county would have been in Boone County Arkansas and the city was Harrison if at the hospital and Bergman if at home with a midwife. Time of birth on my current birth certificate says 2 pm. Also, VOID is stamped all over the certificate and the box listing the mother is checked Informant instead of mother. Mark and Rosetta Earnhart are listed as the parents but I believe that I was adopted by possibly my brother and we have the same mother.
