Im not 100% sure but I believe my mother mightve given a child up for adoption before my oldest sister was born. She was born in 1990 and my mother was born in 1967. So it would have to be sometime before 1990. Hospital would've more than likely been in Wynne‚ AR or West Memphis‚ AR.
