I am trying to locate a grandchild that I never met and may have been adopted out after birth. If he was adopted and the family will allow me and the biological father and his parents to see him, that would be greatly appreciated. The father was never notified of this adoption or the chance to do a DNA and choose to deny the adoption. Please help!
