I’m looking for a male who would have been born in Phoenix, Arizona between 1947 and 1949. He would be my brother. I’d guess he was born about 1948 since I was about two years old at the time of his birth. It is my understanding that he was given up for adoption at the time of his birth. His mother (and mine) was Della Maxine Kephart. Della died in 1989. She was not married at the time of his birth. She was born in Oklahoma. The only thing I know about the father is that an aunt said she "thinks he was a bus driver." This male has two half siblings who would love to connect.
