My name is DeAnna. I was born in Maricopa County Hospital on March 2, 1989. I do not know anything really about my birth mom or father. I was put into state adoption I believe at 3 weeks old. I was given the name Sharon at birth, but my adoptive parents changed it to DeAnna. My last name unknown. My adoptive parents do not have details. I wish I had more information to help search for birth mom. Any help would be appreciated.
