According to my Certificate of Birth‚ I was born at 11:56 PM on June 18th‚ 1977 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix‚ Arizona. The certificate states that it was registered on 06/30/1977 and received on 8/3/1977 and was established on 9/14/1978. The date of issuance was on 9/21/1978. I was placed up for adoption through The Catholic Social Services. My adoptive parents were chosen because of their beliefs in the Catholic Church. Also my adoptive father had the same heritage of my birth mother‚ which is of Germany decent. My birth mother had to have a cesarean section because I was “ Frank Breech”. My birth parents were in the age range of 16 to 17 when I was born. I was placed in foster care through The Catholic Social Services with a foster mother for a month or two pending my birth father’s acknowledgment that I was his. It is believed that my birth mother was residing in Arizona at the time of her pregnancy. My birth mother was said to be on the shorter side and my birth father on the taller side.
