If this is my birth son your name at birth was Cory I’m your birth mother I gave birth to you at the age of 13 .I had you at Phx County Hospital on March 22 1986 you weighed 1lb. 13oz at birth you were very premature. You were removed from my costody about 45 days after your birth CPS in the State of Arizona placed you in foster care where they convinced me to give up my rights .I was told that the foster parents they placed you with chose to adopt you.I was allowed to write you a letter explaining who I was and a brief explanation on our separation . I was very young and very afraid and I hope to have the chance to meet you because you have apiece of my heart and i have a piece of yours....
