My daughter was born at Desert Samaritan in Mesa Az at 4:14 am by Dr Osario. The agency name that adopted her out was Christian Family Care Agency in Phoenix and the social worker was Susan Dudley. I named her Nicholl Lynette but her name was changed to "Kate" I believe. She was adopted and brought back at 9 mos old. The agency did not contact me but instead sent her to Tucson to be adopted out by a bi-racial couple.
