This was a cps case and both my children were adopted when I was incarcerated. They were in custody of Monique charres the aunt and then she gave them to cps. I was told I would have contact and have no idea where to find them. Both girls are adopted together and are special to me it was unfair that I was unaware they be taken to cps.
