My name is Sophia Sardinas and I am searching for my son Juan Vincente Jr. That was his birth given name. He was put into DCS foster care at the age of 2 with his siblings Arianna‚ 3‚ Angel‚1 & Helen‚ 7mos. (Age when seperates from parents). They were taken away from my mom’s care after she agreed to babysit‚ she called CPS because according to her‚ she wasn’t able to care for them any longer & could not reach me. I was at the DES office at time of my children being taken & could prove it. I was late to pick them up and literally got there 30 minutes after CPS took them away. I was left with one phone number written down on a blank printer paper. I called & was told I’d have to wait until the following Monday to see a judge but could not be told where my babies where. Instead‚ I was told that because I left my children & the babysitter could not watch them any longer& they had already been taken out of the home they wouldn’t be returning them back to me. I was accused of neglecting & abandoning my babies. I’ve never neglected or abandoned them a day in their lives! They were stolen from me July 2‚ 2009 and they were never returned to me dispite there being not one remove from home order or something like that signed by a judge to remove my children. They went on to separate my children after (for no reason) stopping my contact/visits with them 5-6 months prior to severing my rights. Juan Vincente Arangure Jr was adopted out with his sister Angel Juanita-Sophia Arangure. Arianna Guadalupe-Angelica Arangure was adopted out with her sister‚ Helen Mary Arangure. All of them under age 4 at time of adoption. During my severance trial the judge did not want to severe my rights but was governed to do to because of timelines and quote on quote "I fail to have to do this because I’ve never seen a case like this in my entire life as an honorable judge‚ I believe CPS failed you and your children’s reunification in so many ways but I am forced to severe your parental rights today." This judge that ordered my rights to be severed also ordered my children to have contact with each other‚ meeting 2 times a month for at least 2hours each visit so that they could grow up knowing each other as brother & sisters. He also stated he didn’t care if it was every other week or twice in week as long as each family that was adopting them knew that they had to meet twice monthly to allow siblings to bond. He told me he was doing that for me. He apologized for the actions of CPS and for having to do what he didn’t believe was just at the time for the first time in his career. My rights were severed and that order stood. I know for a fact after that hearing my children were adopted out 2 and 2 and never saw each other again. My Daughter Arianna confirmed this when I finally reunited with her. I’m waiting and searching until the day I get to reunite with all of my babies again. I never have stopped loving any of you! I miss you all so dearly it hurts so much being without you all for sooo many years’” I am so sorry”
