I was adopted at birth. My birth mother was 16 at the time. I was conceived in Florida. Then my mother moved to Arizona prior to my birth. I was born 2 months premature. My birth certificate says I was born at 12:03 am 12/10/1974 at St. Luke’s hospital in Phoenix Az but I may have been moved there from Maryvale hospital because I was premature. My birth mothers maiden name may have been Brown. The adoption was paid for by her father who may have been in the service and may have been in the air Force.
