I found a paper that said my birth name was Tammy my adoptive parents changed my name to Patricia Eileen McDaniel. There are several stories about the circumstances of my birth but as far as I can make out I was adopted out of a private baby agency to my adoptive father Billy McDaniel in Phoenix AZ date unknown. I think I was born at Saint Joesph’s Hospital July 27th1959.
