I am searching for a little boy that would have been born sometime in the spring of 1975 in the Phoenix, AZ area. At the time of his birth, his mother would have been a single mother. The mother and father (my brother) were engaged to be married when the father was tragically killed in a car accident in August 1974. At that time, the mother and her family and the father and his family lived in El Paso. Shortly after the father’s death, the mother’s family moved to Phoenix. I don’t know if the father even knew they were expecting. I believe the parents of the mother (grandparents of the child) made the decision at the time that the adoption would be best for the mother and child because of losing the father. Since the mother was in such an emotional state with the lost of her fiancee, I believe she followed the direction of her parents. The father of the child was my younger brother and I would be the little boys aunt. There are lots of reasons why I believe without a doubt that there was a little boy placed for adoption sometime in the Spring of 1975. I would give anything to find my nephew if at all possible. I am hopeful that he too would love to connect with his family. i am the only living aunt on his fathers side but there is a grandpa and grandma that are still living along with cousins and their children. Here I am so many years later, still convinced there is a young man out there that is my nephew. As a young boy, he would have had curly hair too. My door and heart will remain open and I will never stop searching.
