I have not seen Jacob rucker since he was born his name may have been changed so I am not sure he should 18 now ‚ our birth parents are Joeseph rucker and Doris manues all I know is that he was adopted the day he was born which I don't remember because I was 4 and my birth parents won't tell his birthday but he was born in Tucson Arizona. It won't let me put I don't know the birthday so the birthday is not his birthday.
