I am looking for my sister who was adopted out at birth in December of 1999. I’m not sure the exact date she was born. She was born in Tucson and adopted to a family who lived in Phoenix at the time and the adoption was done through Catholic Social Services in Tucson. I know her name is Natalie and I’m pretty sure her adoptive father’s name was Jim but I don’t know their last name. I have photos of her that her adoptive parents sent yearly to my biological mom through the adoption agency and she looks a lot like me.
