My birth name is Candance Kay Gordon I was born in Maricopa County Arizona @ Pheonix Hospital August 10,1959,from there I was placed in state care until I was 5 months old when I was adopted to my mother Wanda Gunter and father Harry Mathis of Arizona,my adoption was finalized in pima Arizona in 1960 and I was given my name Lisa Lynnette Mathis my adoption was a closed adoption but I was supposed to have access to my original BC at the age of 18 per my wanting,unfortunately since then the law was changed and my mother was denied the request of my original BC,from what my mother was told is my bio parents were very young BM was 17 and BF was 19 very much in love but for unknow circumstances was unable to keep me so they chose adoption. Also was told that my bio parents may have came from the northern states.
