I am looking for my birth father. I was born in pheonix arizona in May of 1986. My birth mother Pamela Jean Hollomon was murdered in march of 1988. I was placed into state care for a short time until I was adopted by my maternal grandmother. From what I was told‚ was that my biological father signed over all rights in order for me to be adopted? I am also told that my biological father has other children so I'd love to meet them.
