I'm looking for the birth mother of my deceased dad. Dad's name is Robin James Waggoner (name after adoption) He has a living Brother Ted A Waggoner (name after adoption) they were adopted by Les and Grutrude Waggoner not sure when the adoption took place possibly before 1960 in Yuma Az.. Im trying to find the genealogy of my biological family especially for heath reasons and also to know who I am and where I come from. I am the only biological child of Robin Waggoner.
