I was born at St. Joseph’s hospital and my birth mother’s name I believe was Sally Ortega. On my birth certificate was Baby Boy Ortega and was changed to David Leo Beutler when adopted. My adopted parents names are Dean and Jean Beutler and my deceased Uncle Chester was the one who did my adoption. Apparently my birth mother’s best friend who I believe her name is Elli but not completely sure worked for my adopted father and helped arrange or asked him if he would be interested in adopting her friends baby. That’s pretty much the majority of it that I know.
