I am looking for an older sister who was adopted out at birth from Tucson, Arizona in December of 1999 shortly after birth. The adoption was through Catholic Social Services and took place in Tucson but her adoptive parents lived in Phoenix at the time. Her adoptive parents gave her the name of Natalie and I think her adoptive father’s name is Jim. They sent photos yearly through the adoption agency so I have photos of her when she was about 5, 10 and maybe around 12. She is biracial and she looks a lot like me.
