My name is Valerie, my mother who is now deceased gave up a baby two years younger than i in 1956, in Maricopa County, Phoenix Arizona. The baby was white with blue eyes and tow headed. She was advised by the nuns to give the baby for adoption. My mom was single at the time with three children at home. She was 30 or 31 when this took place. Her height 5’4" hazel eyes and brown hair. She was of French descent, born and raised there until she married an American and moved to this county. I have no information of who the baby’s father was for this baby girl, except he is white.
