The last I remember seeing my little brother was when we lived in Tucson in 1992 (he was a bit less than a year old) before we were all taken away from child protective services then separated. His name was Jacob at the time. He was then adopted by a family and his name was changed to Andrew (do not know last name). The adoptive family allowed us to visit him on his 2nd bday (that was our last visit with him) this was in the city of Yuma, Az. (there is a possibility they may still live there).
