Searching for birth mother father or any other birth relatives. I was born May 29 1969 at 10:50am at Scottsdale baptist hospital in maricopa county. The Dr. name was Paul Mattson MD. I weighed 7lbs21/2oz. And 201/2 inches long. I have blonde hair and blue eyes My birth mom was 16 or 17 years old. The lawyer who handled the adoption was Gordon Hutchinson who also lived in Scottsdale Arizona. Both the lawyer and my adopted parents ( jerry and Shan Kelly ) went to the same church. The camelback bible church in paradise valley, Arizona. I was given to my adopted parents wearing a white &yellow 2 piece outfit with yellow booties.
