I was adopting myself in 2001 my mother was Melody sue volkers and my adopted brother's name was Joseph I know that he has fetal alcohol syndrome and was born prematurely . Born in Tucson Arizona and taken away since birth. originally I have been waiting until 18 so I could hopefully try and find them and I would really like to reunite with my only living blood family
