Hi Juliette. I hope you get to see this. Your biological father has been carrying the last picture he ever got of you when you were maybe 4 years old (from Scott) in his wallet for years. He wants nothing more than to meet you and he loves you. You were adopted in I think 2002 when you were a baby by Scott and his wife in Arizona. You were born in Tucson but from what we can see on Scott’s fb you’ve grown up in Phoenix. Your biological father is named Josh and he and your mother split up after your adoption and he wasn’t able to get any information about it after that point despite trying to contact the state, your biological mother, and your adoptive parents who subsequently blocked us on fb. They had agreed to share your info with Josh but stopped after he was sent to England with the USAF. Please feel free to reach out.
