Possible adoption: Phoenix, AZ 1965. Catholic Family Services Agency, Phoenix, AZ may have handled the adoption. I was in the USAF. It appears all birth records have been sealed since birth. I know many timeline answers that will not show up on any search engines, including the Mother’s true maiden name, DOB/DOD, high school in Phoenix, AZ 1961-64, and marriages and births. I am a registered member of 23andMe and can provide a free Health and Ancestry kit to the adopted child, but ONLY IF she so desires and her family is 100% ok with that. My adopted child should be able to hopefully provide key knowledge of her birth and adoption that only she knows. I do understand privacy is an issue in this sensitive situation and I totally respect that, for all concerned, including myself.
