My son was born March 2‚1982. I signed the adoption papers 72 hrs after giving birth. He was born at Phx Baptist hospital. His original birth certificate has the name Anthony Lee Parker. The adoption was handled through a private Attorney. I was barely 16 at the time and can’t remember his name. The adopters were friends of my OB- GYN whose name no one can remember. I was told when he was 18 he could open his adoption records and get my information. The address listed is still a good one.
