Phx. Baptist Hospital (born) Has had sezeiures in infant yrs. But was seizure free over 2 yrs. W/out any meds.,just alot of LOVE! Was treated at C.R.S. center for seizures at St. Joe’s hosp.Before was adopted! JAYCOB is an excellent baseball player since 3yrs! Last place we lived was in Superise Az., The last time we seen each was at Tempe Library where we had visit. He was adopted by foster parents I believe ? Adopted mother’s name was Jesse I believe! JAYCOB had extensive dental wk done due to strong meds. During treatment to stop violent seizures! It wkd! JAYCOB could spell out his name,my name (ApryL & papas (Richard) .He went to Dysart early intervention school to be ready for elementary . We attended Grace church Was off Thompson Ranch before his adoption!
