Hello‚ I was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix Arizona‚ November 18th‚ 1980 at 4:54 pm. I was adopted around 2 months after birth due to being born with pneumonia and having to stay in an oxygen tent for the first 2 months of my life. (So I was told) I was adopted through the LDS adoption agency and currently have had no luck finding any records. Thank you
