I am searching for a half-sister born about 1949 in the Tucson‚ Arizona area. Our mother’s maiden name was Marilyn Marsden however‚ she may have been married at the time of the 1949 birth. I will search to see if I can find a married last name for Marilyn. I believe baby was left with the birth father’s family‚ put up for adoption or possibly spent some time in an orphanage. Marilyn’s family her parents Paul and Thelma Marsden along with siblings left Tucson sometime in the early 1950’s and returned to their old home town in Illinois. Marilyn left the state of Arizona and her past behind her in early 1950 with my father I was born July 1950. I recently learned of my mom’s previous relationship from my father‚ but he can’t remember the name so I am registering what I do know. My father stated that he met Marilyn at a roller skating rink in Tucson as they both were rebounding from other relationships. My father was just finishing his tour in the Army so decided to take Marilyn to meet his family out of state.
