I am looking for my daughter Alicia renae Bautista born 11/01/1989 in Vancouver Washington. My leagal name at the time of. her birth was, Angelina Marie Contreras. This is still my legal name. My birthdate is 08/09/ 1963. My SS # is 540-88-0028 My maiden name is Gibb. She was adopted in 1990/1991. My caseworkersfirst name was Billie. I know she was with a foster family in Ridgefield Washington, I don’t know if they adopted her. My sister’s name name might be in the file. Her name is Deborah Jane Mendoza. She is the one who made phone call to have Alicia (Lici) taken out of the home. I lost coustody of her due to drugs. I was out of control in those days. There isn’t a day that goes by, that I don’t think about her and my o ther daughter I want to find. I’m 54 yrs old now and have been drug free for several years. I really want to find her. I’ll understand if she doesn’t want to speak to me. So at the very least I would like to be able to write her a letter, and maybe some pictures of her.
