I am trying to help my fiance find out some vital health records of his birth parents as he is now having health issues and want to make sure it is not in his genes. He was born in Calgary, Alberta on June 25, 1971 and was given the first name Lee at birth and was adopted at 7 weeks old. He was born premature at Calgary hospital. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His mother was Ukranian and father was Norwegian and his father had a twin sister. He has a younger sister a few years later when his birth parents got married. It was a closed adoption. Please provide any information if possible on family history of health that is vital.
