Looking for info on my grandmother’s history. My mom was adopted ( her birth mother was also adopted by a family in edmonton sometime in the late 30 early 40s ) my grandmother’s adopted name was kathleen ellen mitchell‚ born in edmonton and adopted by William mitchell and his wife gladys ( hewitt) . It would be great to find out my grandmother’s real birth family‚ we are told she was from North battleford saskatchewan or possibly went to a residential school in North battleford.
