I was born August 2 1950 at the Salvation Army hospital in Calgary, Alberta. My name at birth was Joseph Dick or Joseph Dyck. It is my understanding my birth mother was from a Stettler, Alberta area I was not adopted until October 1950 I was already 2 months old. Information provided at adoption: At birth my name given was Joseph Dick or Joseph Dyck. My mother was Dutch descent supposedly a farm girl from the Stettler area of Alberta. My mother was 26 years old when I was born. Apparently she was not married and had no other children at the time. My mother in the adoptive information disclosed she had brown hair and was thick size. On August 2 1950 I was born at the Salvation Army Hospital in Calgary, Alberta This is all the known information I have.
