I know that Arlene and her son Marty were killed in a plane crash in Cranbrook in 1978‚ before you started looking for her. My Great Uncle Ian (John MacFarlane) and Great Aunts Alice and Velma (your grandparents) have also passed away‚ as has your Uncle James MacFarlane. I thought that you may like to be in touch with someone from your Mom’s side of the family. My mum‚ Arlene’s first cousin‚ is still alive‚ and remembers Arlene well‚ but I think I only met her once‚ when I was a teenager. I hope that you will be open to talking. Thanks.
