Hello, i am searching on behalf of my mother. She was born sept 9, 1963 in calgary ab. Her birth name was Wendy. She was adopted when she was 2 years old. My grandparents who adopted her their last name is bell and were older parents when they adopted. They said a young family tried to adopt her but brought her back as they didnt think it was a good fit, then my grandparents adopted her.
