My daughter was born December 3 1973 in Slave Lake Alberta Canada. I named her Melanie Marie Letendre. 1 year later she was apprehended by the Slave Lake Child Welfare in Slave Lake Alberta Canada. I believe the social workers name was Florence Pearson. In 1975 the High Prairie Child welfare badgered me (I was 21) and wouldn’t release my daughter. They eventually talked me into signing her over and we never saw her again. I want to see her before I die just once to see if she is still alive and how she is. She just turned 44. I am 66 and ill.
