I am searching for the birth family of my father -birth name Danny Lee Declue..adopted name Jarrard Delbert Foster. I was told he was born in either Joplin, Missouri or Alaska in Oct 22 ? Of 1952-1963 but was picked up in Missouri by the then governor of Texas Jarrard, The adoption was under the table. He was then adopted by a Lucille and Chester Foster. I was told My father was one of many siblings in his birth family and one of his birth siblings died of polio. I have been searching since I was a young child for his birth family.
