The adoption was done through Pensions and Securities (now dept of human services) in Mobile‚ AL. Years ago I tried getting information (for medical history) and all that was found was the information I already had. I have never filed for my original birth certificate at time of birth. I do know I had more than one sibling‚ and that one had passed before/at time of my birth.
