I am searching for my brother who was adopted when I was about five years old. Our biological mother’s name is Dana Taylor‚ he was given the name Dalton Dwayne Taylor at birth I believe. He would be about 19-22 if i’m not mistaken and I am not sure if his name was changed after he was adopted. I do know it was a closed adoption so that may be the case. He had a head full of hair when he was a baby and it was black.
