I’m the female in the photo. My name is Lawana. My mother’s maiden name is Claudette Craft. She gave up my brother for adoption I believe sometime between 1959 and 1961 in Alabama or Florida and could have used the last name of Craft, Mills or Prine. I have no idea what month or day he was born on, but I had to choose something to answer the questions above. We, his half-sisters, lived in Louisiana but she stayed with my aunt Mildred Anderson in Alabama a lot and possibly at the time of the adoption. She never told us about him but our grandmother did. I want him to know his half-sisters have been trying to find him a very long time. Our mother is now dead. I don’t know if he had the same father as my youngest sister or not. If we never find him, or he doesn’t want us to, we will always love him and hope that he had a happy life. His half-sisters miss the other part of us-him.
