I was born at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL. I thought I knew which adoption agency was used, but they haven’t replied to my requests. I don’t know why, but nobody will answer me. It’s starting to hurt. I know I have at least one half-brother, and one half-sister, from different fathers. Ages approximately 30-55 for both. They’ve tried to reach out to me in the past (about 7 to 9 years ago) but I denied the request because I was a smart, scared teenager. I need to find my mother, my brother, my sister, and anybody else. Ideally, my father. Please tell them I don’t expect or even necessarily desire a relationship at this stage. I just truly feel a need to see them, to know what I come from and what I could be when I age.
