My birth mother’s maiden name was Ramona Elaine young. She was around 18 at my time of birth. She was originally from Portland Oregon but had me in Birmingham Alabama. It is believed she returned to Portland after DHR would not let her retrieve me from the foster home she had put me in several times. My listed father was Michael scott bit he has been proven not to be my biological father. I am looking for any biological family. I have done a DNA test on ancestry.com
