US ARMY BASE ADOPTION!!! TWINS!!! My grandparents were stationed at a US Army base in France in the 1960s. My grandmother gave birth to fraternal twins. A boy and a girl. I’m guessing in 1964/1965. They would have been adopted through the military. I’m not sure if they stayed in France or were adopted in the States. Please help me find them! They have a full sister and two brothers. Any information on adoption records from this time would be helpful.
