Is/was your subscription paid through PayPal?
Having lost your login information makes things a little complicated, but we can totally get you logged in within just a few minutes.  Bear with us through the process to find your lost information....    
Please log in to your PayPal account, click on Profile, then My Money, then Update under Pre-Approved Payments.  
When you see the list, filter the status by Active, and click Go.  There you will see all of your active pre-approved payments.  Locate Adopted.com and click on it under the Merchant column.  A page will come up giving the details of your subscription.

At the top you will have either a Billing ID (starting with a B) or a Subscription ID (starting with an S).  Enter it below, so we can find you in our system!
