The Department of Internal Affairs, ACTIVELY, has prepared and delivered documents for the minor Proskurina, Snezhana Nikolaevna (born: 060190), Proskurina, Dinara Nikolaevna (born: 070193) and Proskurin, Alexander Nikolaevich(born: 122696). The children were found in a dilapidated barn, they were hungry. Their mother is in search. All children are illegitimate and have no close relatives. The children do not possess and property.
At present, they stay at the Municipal child hospital. Basing on the welfare of the children, the Tutorial board decided:
To request the Mayor of Actobe to apply to the Regional Administration of Education to place the minor children Proskurina, Snezhana Nikolaevna (born:060190) and Proskurina, Dinara Nikolaevna (born:070193) at the boarding school and Proskurin, Alexander Nikolaevich (born: 122696) at the orphanage for further upbringing.

When a citizen found me‚ I was turned into the police and labeled a "foundling child" I was a newborn and still had my umbilical cord attached. Once registered‚ I was given the birth name Aysha Isaeva Saulebekovna by the Baby hospital I was admitted to. I was found by Zhamalvenova Gulzhan Imanalievna. who was the manager of "Beket" Company. I was requested to be placed in an orphanage by chief doctor‚ L.K. Keshenbaeva. Head of Department B.U. Sydykov. and Doctor A.V. Vim. Midwife G.Y. Akudaeva. I have alot of paperwork but no true record of my parents. I want to know if they are still alive and what they look like. I am willing to give a blood sample or anything to find them.
