108. Rideout742 : I am looking for my birth mother. She was married to a man in the St Johns area. Surname was Greely possibly. My father was a musician in a Salvation Army church. I was the youngest child and my dad left my mother and that was why I was put up for adoption.
I am only wanting some genetic information to aid in me staying healthy but if my mother would like to meet me that would also be cool. Basically I will take what I can get but at a minimum I would like to k jw my ancestors
I also know that my mothers parents were from Nova Scotia originally and that my mothers hair colour was reddish.
I also knkw that she would have called me or did name me Roger. My adopted mother kept this name as my middle name out of respect for my birth mother.
I also found out that one of my aunts was a nurse possibly in Ontario.
As I stated earlier I am not looking to cause issues or make anyone mad. I am not looking for handouts or help. I am a very happy man with a good career and very satisfied wjth my life and adopted parents. I am mainly looking for genetic information regarding my health and I am looking for my ancestors. I want to know where my ancestors came from. For example am I Jewish.
If my mother didn’t want to meet me I am 100% cool with that. I would be totally satisfied with the answers to some of my ancestor questions.
