I was told I was found on the steps of a hospital or I was found abandoned at the gate of the People’s Hospital of Tonggu County and I was sent to the welfare institute of Tonggu county.

The name given to me at the orphanage was 弋丽幼 Yì Lìyòu. I was adopted to my Swedish parents in March, 2004. According to information received from the orphanage, I was found in front of a government building with a red note stating my birth date to be December 13th, 2002. Presumably I was left and found a short time after, as the orphanage told us that I lived with a foster mother for almost a year before the adoption (whether or not this is true is unclear).
